“My wife and I recently stayed at the Las Cruces Hampton Inn & Suites, 2350 E. Griggs Avenue in Las Cruces, NM to attend our son’s college graduation from New Mexico State University. While we were there during 6-13 MAY 2010, the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail shown by every member of the Hampton/Hilton team to make EVERY guest feel welcomed and appreciated was SUPERB! From the friendly daily greetings at breakfast to the personal attention provided, your staff went out of their way to make our stay, and the stay of all the other guests I observed, a FIVE STAR experience. In my 30-year Navy career my wife and I have traveled the world and stayed in many hotels: I can honestly say the service provided by your Las Cruces staff equaled and in many respects EXCEEDED that of any other hotel, anywhere. I have always had good experiences at Hilton/Hampton properties, but I can honestly say this stay was THE BEST EVER due to Belia, Miguel and the rest of the staff.”

We can not tell you how wonderful the whole staff is- from Belia, the manager, Bonnie, office manger, Miguel and all the rest. Everyone makes you feel you are part of the hotel family, greeting you on every turn. Not to mention meeting you at the door on arrival with cold water on a very hot day. That was great!The rooms are designed so nice and the beds are the most comfortable. They come from the story of the Princess and the Pea. We return over and over and will continue to do so as long as this staff is with them…They are the best.”

“The weekend of August 6th-9th, 2010 our 2nd son was married in Clovis. My family used this opportunity to have a mini family reunion. Because of this, we not only had our rooms (I’m guessing possibly 35+ room nights) but we used the meeting room facilities as a gathering place for us to meet.
The entire staff at the hotel from Andrea to Ashley to the breakfast ladies to the maid service personnel, etc., were absolutely some of the most professional and friendliest staff we have ever met.
We cannot say thank you enough to Andrea for her assistance! She fielded every question or concern, with a smile patience and very professionally!I have been a long time customer of Holiday Inns and am I Priority Club Member but I have not experienced the level of service we enjoyed with Andrea and her staff at Clovis.”
